Viraj Ghelani is an actor and stand-up comedian who hails from Mumbai. He did his schooling from Mumbai and was more interested in extracurricular activities rather than in academics. After completing his school, his parents pressurized him to join a Polytechnic institute to earn a Diploma in Engineering. However, he was not willing to pursue his graduation in engineering since he was inspired by the character of Farhan in 3 Idiots who knew he could be a bad engineer as he is more inclined toward Photography.
Thus he took three years of the deadline from his family to try something which he liked to pursue in his career. He then started giving auditions in Mumbai but what he got was rejections. In the meantime, he also took time to try the platform called SnapChat. Finally he got a call from FilterCopy, which is the part and parcel of Pocket Aces that happens to be Tech Driven digital media entertainment company. He got adjusted in a team that was involved in content that was seen creating seemed relatable.
He then entered the OTT platform with the Netflix web series called Little Things in 2016 by Art Department. He then was the part of the web series called Adulting playing the character called Manav. He then was seen in a TV show called What The Folks playing the role of a delivery boy in 2019. He also worked in a Mini Series called 2by3 in the year 2017 playing the character called Khan Daan. His upcoming web series is Firsts with Apoorva Arora and Urvi Singh, which will be released on Instagram.
