Rohitash Gaud is a film and TV actor who hails from Kalka, Haryana, India. He was born in the said place and brought up as well. He did his schooling from his place and later joined National School of Drama (NSD). Talking about his acting career, he got his first break with the film biographical movie Veer Savarkar in 2001. He then got a chance to work in several films including Pratha, Matrubhoomi, Pinjar, Dhoop, Munnabhai M.B.B.S., Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Dil Se Pooch… Kidhar Jaana Hai Guest Role, A Wednesday, and One Two Three. 

The other films include 3 Idiots Ranchoddas playing the Real Ranchodas’ Servant, followed by  and in PK as Pandey Ji, and in Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge? as Niranjan Tripathi (Bank Manager). Besides the films, he is also a regular face on small screen. Some of his shows include Neem Ka Ped in 1992, followed by Jain Hanuman in 1997 playing Tulsidas in it. He was also seen in TV shows like Agnichakra, Parsai Kehte Hai,Ved Vyas Ke Pote, Maharathi Karn, and Noddy Aur Daddy. 

Some of the other TV shows include Shree Sifarashi Lal, Chamcha in Chief, Hari Mirchi Lal Mirchi, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein, Astitva…Ek Pehchan, Jasuben Jayantilaal Joshi Ki Joint Family, Lapataganj, Hum Aapke Hain In Laws, Khushiyon Kii Gullak, and is currently seen in the popular And TV show called Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai!
