Shweta Tripathi started getting recognition with the role of Zenia Khan in Kya Mast Hai Life of Disney Channel Original Series. She is an actor and model of B Town known more in smaller screens than the big one. Shewas born and brought up in New Delhi on 6th of July 1984. However, for three years, she spent time in Andaman & Nicobar Islands as well. As far as her primary schooling is concerned, she did it from DPS RK Puram in Delhi, while for her graduation she went to NIFT and after completing his course, she headed to Mumbai the land of dreams considering her passion for photography and dance.
Her career in Bombay started with small screen when she appeared in Kya Mast Hai Life in the tomboyish girl character called Zenia Khan. She then got the chance to do a number of ads along with walking overa a number of ramps including for the brands like Tata Sky and McDonalds and Vodafone. She even got the chance to be a photo editor for the popular woman magazine called Femina. Before she got the chance at the Disney Show, she was also seen seen cutting trailers at Pixion Trailer House, which is among the post production office in Mumbai. She was also the part of the plays including Cat in the House and Blur with the same production house, which owns a theatre groups as well.
Shweta Tripathi acted in a number of ads for a number of brands, which include Mirinda, Pepsi, Tata Sky, Tata Tea, Hajmola, Tanisq, Alpenliebe, Dabur Gulabri and Parryware. She is also a theatre artit wherein she played in a number of plays like cat house, khidki, etc. She also did a couple of short films with the same theatre group. She is a sporting kind of girl who loves to shop a lot apart from being an avid pink colour lover. As far as her debut in Bollywood is concerned, she will be seen in a movie called Haraamkhor, which is directed by Shlok Sharma featuring the talented Nawazuddin Siddiqui seen in a school teacher role who is seen entering into a forbidden relationship with his own student, which is played by the 29 years old Shweta. Interestingly, her debut film was also screened at the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA).
