Ushma Rathod is a popular TV and Movie actor who hails from Mumbai. She did her schooling and college from Mumbai itself and has been active in theatres and in other things. This made her enter into the world of acting starting with the small screen. So, when she entered into the small screen after completing her education, it was her full-fledged career. Ushma started her career in films like Mehendi and Sherawali wherein she played important roles. But after doing few films, she developed interest in dancing and left the film industry for it. Later, she started working as a choreographer for wedding ceremonies on a bigger scale.
In the year 2016, she was seen making her debut on TV with Star Plus’s serial Dosti… Yaariyan… Manmarziyan and because of her 10 year old son who insisted her to be on TV. The recent TV show of the actress Ushma Rathod is the one called “Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhania”, which happens to be a family drama and it known to have a creative concept and that everyone will relate to it. The show is the story of a 14-member family on the lookout for the perfect bride for their ‘Bade Bhaiya’ Abhishek, played by Priyanshu Jora. Ushma will be seen essaying the role of Abhishek’s mother.
