Jitendra Joshi is a known face in M Town movies and plays apart from the reality show anchors. He is born and brought up in Mumbai and has done her schooling and colleges in this city. During her college days, he has got engaged in stage shows and plays during her college days, which turned the base for him to get into the Marathi TV shows and movies soon when he completed his studies. Besides acting and anchorship, he is also a good writer and known for his lyrics like Kombdi Palai, which was written by him and the music was given by Ajay Atul.

He has even composed the music for the Chikni Chameli as well. In the year 2011, he was seen playing the host for the Marathi Paaul Padte Pudhe, which happens to be a talent reality show aired over the Zee Marathi. In the year 2016, he was seen doing the critically acclaimed film called Ventilator in the year 2016, which given a good performance. He has also worked in Bollywood in the year 2013 Pran Jaye Par Shaan Na Jaye, Panga Naa Lo, The Attacks of 26/11, Singham Returns and Poster Boys. He then did a number of Marathi movies as well.

Some of his M Town movies include Pak Pak Pakkak, No Problem, Golmal, Aaila Re, Ghar Doghanch, Sumbaran, Gulmohar, Hai Kai Nai Kai and Bharat Mazza Desh Aahe. Some of the recent times film include Tu Ka Patil, Baghtos Kay Mujra Kar, Ventilator, Poshter Girl, Mhais and Shasan. Talking about the TV serials include Ghadlay Bighadlay, Campus -A Fair War, Home Minister, Hasya Samrat and Marathi Paaul Padte Pudhe, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa (Season 11) and Toofan Aalaya.
